Who this covers

This is the personal portfolio site of Mohammad Safiullah Sheikh (Mitcham, London, UK). This policy explains what data the site collects from visitors and how it's used. It does not apply to any third-party site you reach by following a link from here.

What data is collected

• Contact form — the name, email address, and message you submit are stored so I can reply to you.
• Reviews — the name, star rating, and message you submit are stored, and published on the Reviews page once approved.
• Owner sign-in cookie — a strictly-necessary session cookie is set only when the site owner logs in to edit content. It is not set for, or used to track, ordinary visitors.

No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are used on this site.

How data is stored

Submitted data is stored in a Supabase database, protected by row-level security so it can only be read or changed by the site owner. Reasonable technical measures (input validation, HTTPS in transit) are used to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

You can ask for any contact message or review you submitted to be corrected or deleted at any time by reaching out via the Contact page or WhatsApp. Under UK GDPR you also have the right to request a copy of the data held about you.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated occasionally to reflect changes to the site. The "Last updated" date above will always reflect the most recent revision.
